 MPF Orientation Follow-Up

Thank you for joining us at the Michigan Principals Fellowship & Michigan Coaches Institute (MPF & MCI) Orientation. We are excited about our work together and look forward to seeing you and your team in January.

Our orientation goals were to:

  • Examine research related to how schools become exemplary, including the role of leadership coaches and school-based teams
  • Establish basis for selecting individuals for leadership teams and prepare principals to recruit and enroll team members 
  • Launch our work together in the 2010-2011 Fellowship
