As summer is closing and a new school year begins, it is an important time to reflect on our summer learning. Michigan Principals Fellowship & Coaches Institute provided a variety of training sessions this summer to increase participants knowledge base around the Instructional Core- teacher and student in the presence of content.
The goal of MPF&CI sessions this summer was to create a learning experience that would increase participants capacity to lead and improve instructional practice. Professional growth is an ongoing journey that requires stopping points for observation, reflection, and insight.
Please take the time to stop and reflect on some of the happenings of MPF&CI this summer that are posted below. Then, join the "Summer Recap Group" as a registered online member to participate in a discussion about the content presented at the summer sessions.
