This is a knowledge and skills development workshop for principals, instructional leadership team members and leadership coaches participating in the Michigan Principals Fellowship. This session will focus on developing and deepening knowledge and skills necessary for building instructional capacity in schools. The session will begin with a reception, dinner and discussion on Friday evening and a continental breakfast at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. The Saturday program will begin at 9:00 a.m. Lunch will be provided. The program will adjourn at 3:00 p.m.
