This is a knowledge and skills development institute for ILTs participating in the Michigan Principals Fellowship. This session will pick up on our previous work together by focusing on developing a common understanding of instructional quality and better understanding the importance of instructional program coherence. The Saturday program will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m., lunch will be provided., and the program will adjorn at 3:30 p.m. NOTE: Coaches and principals are invited to attend the MPF Prep Session on the Friday preceeding the event. Coaches should report at 10:30 a.m. with Principals reporting at noon. The Prep Session will end at 4:00 p.m.
